Terms of Service for Vaani

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vaani language learning application and website (the “App”), provided by Viena (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The App

Vaani helps you practice Spanish through spoken exercises, guided conversations, speech assistance, and translation. Features that use speech or AI require an internet connection and microphone permission.

The App is provided for personal, educational use. Responses from speech and AI features may be inaccurate. Do not rely on the App for emergency, medical, legal, or similarly critical communication.

2. Accounts

You may use Vaani as a guest, or optionally sign in with Google. If you sign in, you must use a Google account you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may log out at any time.

Sign-in with Google is also subject to Google’s Terms of Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, or access it by unauthorized means
• Use the App to harass others or to generate harmful or unlawful content
• Reverse engineer the App except where allowed by law

4. Privacy

How we collect and use information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, text, and software, is owned by Viena or its licensors. You may use the App only as provided in these Terms.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that translations and tutoring feedback will always be correct.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viena is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
